Lujan, Jason J.
On June 15, 1995, Lujan was convicted of child molestation in the first degree. According to official documents, in April or May of 1994, Lujan who was 14-years-old at the time, engaged in sexual intercourse with a 6-year-old female neighbor. Lujan was granted a suspended sentence and placed on community supervision for 24 months. He was court-ordered to abide by numerous conditions to include successful completion of community based sexual deviancy treatment. By all indications, he complied with the conditions outlined by the court. At the age of 22, Lujan was convicted of residential burglary with sexual motivation and rape of a child in the third degree. Between December 1, 2002 and January 15, 2003, Lujan engaged in sexual intercourse with a 14-year-old female on numerous occasions. The majority of these incidents took place at the victim's residence late in the evening after Lujan had crawled through her bedroom window. During these pre-arranged meetings, the two of them would engage in sexual intercourse. The Washington State Sex Offender Risk Level Classification Tool initially scored Lujan as a level 3 sex offender. However, the End of Sentence Review Committee mitigated him to a level 2 based upon the fact that the victim was known and Lujan's behavior doesn't appear to be predatory in nature. Lujan is currently in the custody of the Department of Corrections.
